We release only well trained white homing pigeons (rock doves).  These birds have been trained to return to their loft after the release.

 
We will not release birds in inclement weather. Payment will be refunded if it is deemed by us that it is unsafe for our birds to be released due to such "Acts of God."

 
We will not release birds indoors or at night. Also, we will not release any less than 1 hour before sunset, our birds need time to get home safely. If your event runs late, and we deem that it will no longer be safe to release our birds, we reserve the right to cancel the release with no refund given.

 
Birds will not be shipped or picked up for "self-release."  

 
We will show up to your event on time and in proper attire.

 
We are the final judge as to whether or not it is safe for our birds to be released. If we deem conditions to be unsafe for our birds to get home we will deny/cancel release.

 
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at any time.
